Folkestone property prices
Home
Inspired by the sales of the flats next door, and the fact everyone seems to be convinved prices are going to take a dive and everyone will lose cash, I'm keeping a close eye on these indices from the BBC... Shepway is the area my flat comes under, prices are still lower than average and rising alright. That's enough to keep me confident for another month.
Dreams of mice and websites kept me awake all night, not good.
