Are prices picking up round our way? There's a two bed ground floor flat next door to us, in need of renovation for 150k. That's not bad! Off for a bit of a look round now...
Also these look nice, for 140k, though I heard from a neighbour they're not all that big. Not as big as they look on those pics then I guess.
