RE: Escondido
Home
Went to newish restaurant in Sandgate yesterday, Escondido and it's not bad at all! I'd got the impression it would be a bit ropey but it was very nice indeed. Then went for a quick drink in The Ship and The Clarendon and on to Dom's for a bit of a party. Home in the not-very-early hours and completely failed to get our front door open, so had to nip round to the inlaws to get the spare key, oops...
Today, not moving very far or very fast.

A very pleasant restaurant with great service and very very nice food. I have told everyone about it and they all said the same thing. So thank you for a lovely evening.

A restaurant called "Hidden"? What was hidden about it? I take it they sold tapas?

It's not tapas, but it is kind of Mexican. We didn't have anything particularly Mexican though. There are a couple of good tapas restaurants down that way (it's near where we went for breakfast before the wedding) so another one of those would be a waste. A good mexican shut down not so long ago, so this is a welcome replacement.
